Consuta is put back in the water

Re-launched Wed 16th April 2003

Several Trust volunteers came along on a beautiful Spring morning to get Consuta ready to be put back in the water for the summer season.

Consuta was moved out of the Cowshed at Beale Park and towed a half mile along the private road to the 7 acre lake in the park. The crane by Sparrows was already on site, Derek collected the spreader and straps which was lent by Colin Henwood, and by 1 o' clock were were ready to go.

No problems. Tony Cundick had fun towing a small landing stage into a good position to moor Consuta.

So now we are all set for the season
